SCOOBY black colt born April 29, 2004 Scooby was an absolutely superb and perfect black colt with two white hinds and "pretty perfect" in every way born on 4/29/04. His temperament was outstanding and from the start, he seemed to be destined a stallion prospect. As his owner/breeder said, "he has dressage written all over him and he has that 'oh so special' presence that we all dream about and wish for in our boys." This beautiful "Happy" baby met with a most untimely and tragic death due to an accident, and despite every effort to save him by those who loved and cared for him, they could not. "He was a spectacular baby who would have been a 'lap puppy' if you'd let him." Scooby was soon to journey to his new home in California for his future as a stallion prospect. He was "surrounded by people that cared, and he was the 'star' of the barn, loved by all"... Our hearts go out to Scooby and his owner/breeder, Gina Crandall of Abbottsford, BC, and we know how special he was to her and others around him. While there are no words to adequately express the sadness and sorrow we feel, we can only hope the fond memories and love for Scooby will help to heal the hearts of all of those who loved him.
